SuperMiata Hybrid Motor Mount kit

 This hybrid mount kit is not intended for frequent competition or track use – for that, go with our SuperMiata Competition Motor Mounts. This hybrid kit is designed for high HP daily driven street or occasional track use. It blends most of the engine locating control of the Competiton mounts on the right side with a more flexible rubber Supermiata Sport mount on the left side. This combination allows only a tiny bit more vibration than two Mazda Comp rubber mounts but with about 80% less engine movement. This helps keep your large diameter turbo exhaust system from banging around and cracking and reduces shifter movement.

The right side (intake) Competition Mount uses a 70 durometer urethane bushing and The left side (exhaust) rubber mount is 70 durometer.

Note:
The 01-05 factory oil pan has an extra mounting point. If you are using an 01-05 MBSP style oil pan/bottom end , order the 01-05 mount kit.

If you are using an 01-05 MBSP style oil pan/bottom end with 94-00 1.8 (BP05, BP4W head), you will want the 01-05 mounts.

Torque spec on through bolt of competition mount: 50 ft lbs
